• 15 seconds max effort bike sprint

• 8 Push Presses at 45% of 1RM

Sumo Deadlift High Pull

4 sets x 6 reps at 75-80% of 1RM

*base off of; snatch/clean

Deadlift

3 sets x 8 reps at 65-70% of 1RM

Bulgarian Lunge

3 sets x 10 reps each leg (with barbell, light)
