OUR PROGRAMS

Our programs are catered to everyone, from beginner to our advance athletes.  Each day will always be different and challenging. Goal is to focus on strength and overall fitness while causing a metabolic disturbance which can result in the body burning calories at a higher rate, in other words “Burn Fat“.

Strength & Conditioning

Building blocks for increasing your fitness level; a combination of strength training, aerobic conditioning, gymnastics and other methods. We focus on proper body mechanics. Work on a gymnastic skill such as the push-up, pull-up, bar/ring muscle up, rope climbs and so much more. Work on strength using dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells to name a few. Then we tie it all up into a 10-15 min burnout at the end, putting your fitness to the test!

Weightlifting, Powerlifting & Strongman

Ready to move some heavy weight and carry odd objects! This class focuses on building muscle and strength. From olympic lifting to sandbag carries, we work on building muscles and strength while using proper techniques to maneuver equipment. • Weightlifting: Focuses on two intense lifts overhead using good technique known as the clean and jerk, and the snatch. • Powerlifting: Focuses on completing three controlled heavy lifts known as the squat, bench press, and deadlift. • Strongman: Functional movements such as pushing, pulling and pressing while carrying heavy objects.

PARTNER/Squads

Consist of teaming up with your favorite workout partner or spontaneously get drawn out of a hat to complete 30-45min workouts which involves cardio, strength, gymnastics and body weight movements. No squad no problem, challenge yourself and do it solo!
