• 3 Power Snatch (touch n go)

• 2 OHS

Bench Press (5 sets x 5 reps at 75-80% of 1RM)

Power Clean (4 sets x 4 reps at 70-75% of 1RM)

Push Press (3 sets x 6 reps at 75-80% of 1RM)
