Day 12

– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio (jumping jacks, butt kicks)

– Resistance Band Deadlifts: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

– Bodyweight Pistol Squats: 3 sets of 8-10 reps per leg

– Resistance Band Lateral Walks: 3 sets of 20 steps (10 per side)

– Plank with Leg Lift: 3 sets of 15 reps per leg

– Russian Twists with Resistance Band: 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per side)

– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
