Day 15
– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio
– Ring Archer Push-ups: 3 sets of 8-10 reps per side
– Resistance Band Chest Flyes: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Pike Push-ups: 3 sets of 10-12 reps
– Resistance Band Tricep Kickbacks: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
