Day 16

– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio

– Box Jumps: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

– Resistance Band Front Squats: 3 sets of 15-20 reps

– Step-ups (bodyweight): 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg

– Single-Leg Glute Bridges: 3 sets of 12-15 reps per leg

– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
