Day 18
– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio
– Commando Pull-ups: 3 sets of 6-10 reps per side
– Resistance Band Lat Pulldowns: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Towel Rows (using rings or bar): 3 sets of 10-12 reps
– Resistance Band Reverse Curls: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
