Day 20

– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio

– Alternating Jump Lunges: 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per side)

– Ring Muscle-ups: 3 sets of 4-6 reps

– Resistance Band Thrusters: 3 sets of 15 reps

– Diamond Push-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

– Burpees: 3 sets of 15 reps

– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
