10 Ring Pull-ups

15 Jump Squats

15 Resistance Band Push Press

12 Pike Push-ups

20 Bicycle Crunches: 20 reps (10 per side)

12 Bulgarian Split Squats (bodyweight)

15 Resistance Band Deadlifts

– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
