Number in the front is the number of reps for that movement.

Round 1 = 1 Bear complex

Round 2 = 2 Sumo Deadlift High Pull, 1 Bear Complex

Round 3 = 3 Deadlift, 2 Sumo Deadlift High Pull , 1 Bear Complex

Continue this way until the final round of 12 Squat Cleans
