Day 6

– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio

– Burpees: 3 sets of 10-12 reps

– Pull-ups: 3 sets of 6-10 reps

– Bodyweight Squats: 3 sets of 15-20 reps

– Push-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps

– Mountain Climbers: 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per leg)

– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
