Day 10
– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio
– HIIT Running: 30 seconds sprint, 30 seconds walk/jog, repeat for 20-30 minutes
– Side Plank: 3 sets of 45 seconds per side
– V-ups: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Flutter Kicks: 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per side)
– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
