Day 13
– Warm-up: 5-10 minutes of light cardio
– Burpees: 3 sets of 12-15 reps
– Pull-ups: 3 sets of 6-10 reps
– Plyometric Lunges: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
– Push-ups: 3 sets of 15-20 reps
– Resistance Band High Knees: 3 sets of 20 reps (10 per side)
– Cool-down: 5-10 minutes of stretching
