You do not have to PR on every movement.

PR Week is here! This is your opportunity to set new personal records, push your limits, and grow stronger. If you’re not aiming for a PR on a particular movement, use this time to refine your technique and focus on quality reps. Let’s set goals, celebrate progress, and make the most of each lift!

Monday: Deadlift, 1000m Row
Tuesday: Clean & Jerk, Squat Clean, 50 cal Bike
Wednesday: Shoulder Press, Back Squat
Thursday: Push Press, Bench Press, 1-mile
Friday: Power Snatch, Squat Snatch, Overhead Squat, 500m Row
